Dumare is a movie streaming and discovery platform that allows users to watch licensed film content, discover movies, and participate in community features, including reviews and discussions.

You may access Dumare through supported third-party authentication services, including Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity associated with your account.

You must provide accurate information and may not use another person’s account without authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Dumare. Access to Dumare may require an invitation.

We may introduce new features gradually, and features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as we continue to improve Dumare.

Movies, videos, images, artwork, and other content available through Dumare are owned by or licensed from Dumare and/or its content partners.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial right to access and view content through the Service.

Dumare allows users to create content, including reviews, ratings, comments, and other contributions (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Dumare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit. We use automated filters and human review to help keep the community safe. Content that violates these Terms may be blocked, removed, or hidden.

If you apply to register as a content creator, Dumare may review your application and, if approved, display a Creator badge on your account. A Creator badge indicates that the account has been reviewed and approved by Dumare as a creator account. It does not constitute a certification of professional qualifications or credentials.

Where authorized, certain posts from official Dumare accounts or approved creator accounts may be published or managed by the Dumare team on behalf of those accounts.

Certain Dumare features, including Ama, may use artificial intelligence to generate responses or other content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise contain errors.

Information processed through AI-powered features may be shared with third-party AI service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dumare has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not submit content that:

You can report content and users, and block other users, from the ··· menu on posts, comments, films, and profiles.

We review reports and act on objectionable content, generally within 24 hours, by removing content and restricting accounts that violate these Terms.

Dumare may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other services in the future.

Any paid services will be subject to additional terms and pricing information provided at the time of purchase.

Dumare may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Dumare may suspend or terminate access to the Service if users violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using Dumare or delete your account at any time in Settings.
